What countries do you deliver to and what options are there?.

We post to the UK, Northern Ireland and Channel islands.We post with Tracked 24, which is free for orders over £150 and over or £5 for orders under. We have a 99% success rate but in the rare occasion the parcel does not arrive, we will do one free reship after 10 working days from the day after the parcel was original meant to arrive. (THIS DOES NOT APPLY FOR TRACKING THAT STATES DELIVERED OR ATTEMPTED DELIVERY) also we can not do free reships to the channel islands.

Tracking should go directly to your email from Royal Mail on the night that is has been shipped, sometimes their systems will not send the tracking email. On these occasions we only send the tracking manually if the parcel does not arrive on the day it is supposed to. Then we will make it a top priority to check and send you the tracking the day after.

You do not need to give us your correct name, you can use any name on your order if you prefer to. There are some instances where you would need to give us your correct name like if you need to collect your order from your concierge. Use your correct email as your order updates will go to your email, if you have put the wrong email, we will not send you the order updates manually as this is why the email system is in place to keep you updated and for us to work on getting orders out on time.

We accept Direct bank trasfer, Revolut, Paypal and crypto.

The tracking system is in place for both our security. This is what we have to go off and the tracking is final, if it says delivered or attempted delivery or the tracking is tampered with such as you setting delivery to a neighbour or you have set it to be delivered somewhere else, we will not reship under any circumstances. For obvious reasons we do not put a real address as return address. We will also not offer a reship if on the tracking it says the parcel is returned to sender. We do not hold responsibility for the parcel not finding you or mistakes on your end or the delivery driver not being able to access your address.
